El Tigre Fest! October 3rd

The Washington County Democrats are going to have a booth at the El Tigre Fest in Tigard! El Tigre Fest is Tigard’s annual Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, honoring Latino culture, Filipino History Month, music, food, and community. This free, family-friendly festival brings together the heart of Tigard for a full day of connection, celebration, and cultural pride.
From the festival organizers:
You can expect:
- A full day of incredible live music and performance with lots of space to dance (see band lineup below)
- Over 70 booths of Latin food vendors, local artisans, and nonprofit/resource booths
- Kids’ games, Tigard Public Library, costumed characters, and face painting
- Remarks from local officials and honored guests and the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month and Filipino American History Month
- A joyful, intergenerational gathering that’s fun for you, your friends, and your whole family!
This will be a great opportunity for us to talk to community members and share our Democratic Party values. Join us!
