OP-ED: Where is Our Spine?WashCo Dems op-ed article

Even Tombstone, AZ knew that gun control would reduce gun violence.

“In late 1880, as regional violence ratcheted up, Tombstone strengthened its existing ban on concealed weapons to outlaw the carrying of any deadly weapons within the town limits.”

The difference being the town elite (ranchers and politicians) were the ones being shot.

Today, it’s just little children so our “so-called” leaders don’t care.

Their precious gun rights are more important than children.

And let’s be clear, Republicans in the Senate don’t care about gun rights. They care about being in power. And this is a convenient topic to raise money and whip up their minions.
